• Sourcing & screening the Profiles Client Interaction. 
• Handle End-to-End Recruitment cycle. Develop sourcing strategies Identifying& sourcing talented professional utilizing various job portals, referrals, head hunting, competitor mapping, existing database etc Map the market for availability of resources. 
• Shall be responsible for revenue generation and closure of vacancies.
• Coordinating interview, follow up with clients and candidates entering all activities in database in a timely manner. Responsible for candidates joining.
