- Do Yoga/Excerise in the morning @6:30
- Have a breakfast which includes vitamin C in between 7:30 to 8:00
- Be in sunlight for Vitamin D around 30 min
- have a cup of tea @11:00
- Have vitamin C fruits daily(lemon,Orange,Pulses,Mosambi)
- Have a glass of lemon in warm water @12:00
- have a cup of boiling water including pepper,tulasi,cinnamon
- Have a cup of warm milk with Haldi
- Steam inhalation once a day..If covid then trice a day
- Maintain social distance always.
- Wear mask always if goes outside.
- Use Hand sanitizer frequently.
- Create awareness about covid 19 to the people who are not educated.
- Save your lives and save the society and stay safe.
